Senior Information Systems Engineer

Role overview Own the internal systems that support identity, employee devices, cloud infrastructure, service management, and IT automation. You’ll work across IT, Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to keep core services secure, reliable, and straightforward for employees to use. The role combines hands-on administration and engineering with senior-level incident escalation and technical guidance.

Responsibilities - Administer the enterprise identity provider and build auditable joiner, mover, and leaver access workflows. - Manage corporate AWS accounts and supporting infrastructure, including secure networking, logging, and monitoring. - Own macOS and Windows endpoint management, covering provisioning, patches, security baselines, and compliance reporting. - Configure the IT service management platform, its catalog, workflows, service targets, and integrations; support access reviews and change controls. - Build automation and integrations across identity, service management, collaboration, and other SaaS systems using scripts, APIs, or workflow tools. - Govern enterprise AI tools and agent integrations, document safe usage, handle complex incidents, and participate in on-call support.

Requirements - Five or more years in corporate IT systems administration in a cloud-first environment. - Production experience administering AWS, including identity and access, networking, and core infrastructure. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platform. - Production experience with an enterprise identity provider, including single sign-on, lifecycle management, and access policies. - Ownership of endpoint management for a mid-to-large macOS or Windows fleet. - Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or a similar language, plus comfort with REST APIs and JSON. - Ability to work independently in a distributed environment, balance projects with operations, and communicate or escalate proactively.

Nice to have Experience with Jamf, Intune, device posture tools, common workplace SaaS platforms, workflow automation, enterprise AI or agent governance, or Azure administration.
