About this role
Role overview Join a growing product and engineering group working on complex benefits products across multiple providers and countries. The work spans engineering, product, design, integrations, and leadership; roles may be open now or added as the team grows. Engineers work across the stack, with integrations work leaning more toward backend systems, and team members are expected to take problems from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities - Build and improve product experiences, making thoughtful product decisions alongside technical ones. - Develop APIs designed for other developers to use as core product interfaces. - Connect services across providers and markets, including systems outside the team’s control. - Set product direction for an area and bring new initiatives from concept to launch. - Design polished experiences for complex workflows, including less common states and edge cases. - Lead engineers or designers while staying engaged in the details of the work.
Requirements - Ability to take ownership of open-ended problems and carry them through to a useful outcome. - For product engineering work, interest in user needs and willingness to contribute to product decisions. - For API work, experience building interfaces that other developers depend on. - For product leadership, experience shaping a vision and delivering a new product or initiative. - For design, strong craft and comfort with complex, detailed workflows. - For leadership roles, experience guiding engineers or designers while remaining close to execution.
Nice to have - Experience with multi-provider, multi-market integrations or benefits systems. - A practical, critical approach to using AI for planning, building, or reviewing work. - Relevant strengths outside the listed disciplines that could contribute to the team.
Benefits and work setup - Roles may be based in Dublin or London, or remote across Europe. - Applications may be considered for a current opening or retained for a suitable future opportunity.
