AI-Native Product Engineer (PHP)

Role overview Build and ship product features for software that supports event travel and hotel bookings. This role suits an engineer who can turn loosely defined needs into working software, make sound product tradeoffs, and take responsibility for a feature from implementation through production.

Responsibilities - Deliver features across products used by customers to manage event travel and hotel bookings. - Translate broad or ambiguous product ideas into practical software quickly. - Own work end to end: implement it, verify that it works, release it, and monitor its behavior in production. - Use AI development tools as part of a fast, iterative engineering workflow. - Make independent decisions about scope and tradeoffs while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements - Strong working knowledge of PHP and the ability to build real features independently. - Fluency with modern AI development tools and a demonstrated ability to ship work quickly with them. - Product judgment to identify useful solutions and make tradeoffs without close product-management direction. - Personal ownership of quality, including verifying work before and after release.
