Senior Product Designer, AI Builders

Role overview Design the tools that let customer-facing teams configure, test, and launch AI agents and workflows. You’ll shape the full builder experience, making complex AI capabilities usable for both developers and business operators, and help teams adopt those tools with confidence.

Responsibilities - Turn AI capabilities and business rules into clear, self-service builder workflows. - Explore concepts with engineering and design partners, then refine them into production experiences. - Work with product and technical leads to define user problems, experience direction, and delivery milestones. - Conduct interviews, workflow reviews, usability tests, and competitive research to guide design decisions. - Coordinate with machine learning, customer-facing, and go-to-market teams across the product lifecycle. - Set a high bar for interaction and visual craft while making practical decisions about when to ship.

Requirements - Design, HCI, or interaction design education, or at least five years of equivalent industry experience. - Experience designing AI workflows, no-code or low-code builders, or complex business software. - Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to prototype and explore beyond conventional design software. - A portfolio showing thoughtful end-to-end solutions to complex product problems. - Strong product judgment across interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research. - Adaptability, curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
