Associate Technology Consultant

Role overview An entry-level consulting position built around a two-year structured academy programme that prepares candidates as Test & Quality Engineers. Participants are salaried from day one and complete full-time training before being placed with client teams on software quality and engineering delivery projects.

Responsibilities - Complete introductory training covering agile and Scrum, databases and SQL, websites, web services and APIs, programming, software testing, and test automation - Gain hands-on industry experience through client placements as a Test & Quality Engineer - Contribute to software quality, testing, and engineering delivery projects for client organizations - Work toward industry-recognized certifications such as ISTQB, AWS, Azure, and Scrum - Continue developing technical and professional skills through on-the-job training and ongoing mentor support

Requirements - Genuine passion for technology and a strong willingness to learn - Strong work ethic and enjoyment of collaborative team environments - Good communication and organizational skills - Either a degree (any discipline) OR recent work experience or upskilling in technology; no previous tech experience required
