Role overview A senior customer success role focused on helping large enterprise clients realize measurable value from a product search and discovery platform that serves major retailers. The position owns the end-to-end customer journey, from kick-off through launch, adoption, and ongoing value realization, acting as the strategic face of the company for each account. It is a remote, customer-facing position based ideally in the Nordic region of EMEA.
Responsibilities - Own the full customer journey, including project kick-off, launch, adoption, and long-term value realization, ensuring accounts achieve meaningful business outcomes. - Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organizations, engaging engineers, data and product teams, Heads and Directors of Ecommerce, and VP or C-level stakeholders. - Translate technical concepts, product capabilities, and performance data into clear business outcomes tied to conversion, revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency. - Plan and lead QBRs and EBRs that communicate measurable impact, drive strategic discussion, and align stakeholders on priorities and next steps. - Identify risks and changing priorities early, lead escalations with clarity, and advocate for customer needs while exercising judgment about prioritization and engineering involvement. - Partner with account management to support retention and growth, maintain success plans and stakeholder maps, and share best practices that improve onboarding and support processes.
Requirements - Based in EMEA, ideally in the Nordics, particularly Finland, Sweden, or Denmark; fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage but not required. - At least three years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role. - Track record of building trusted relationships with technical teams, product leaders, Ecommerce Directors, VPs, and C-level executives. - Strong executive presence with the confidence to lead strategic customer conversations, including QBRs and EBRs. - Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to create momentum without direct authority. - Strong problem-solving ability, intellectual curiosity, and comfort learning quickly in a fast-moving, technically sophisticated environment.
Nice to have - Experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, search, product discovery, or a related field.
