About this role
Role overview
Serve as the primary technical partner for healthcare compliance software customers evaluating or transitioning between platforms. This high-visibility role combines technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, sandbox work, migration planning, and solution configuration throughout a multi-year program beginning in late 2026 and expected to remain a priority through the end of 2028. The position requires someone who can explain complex product and infrastructure details clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and assess each customer’s environment, current workflows, pain points, implementation requirements, and migration objectives. - Design practical migration paths and conduct deep-dive demonstrations and sandboxes tailored to the customer’s stage in the evaluation or transition process. - Help determine how the legacy and go-forward platforms can address different organizational needs, including when a migration is appropriate. - Configure solutions and make minor technical changes needed for prospect and customer implementation success. - Partner with customer success teams to support smooth migrations, successful onboarding, and rapid realization of value. - Create technical documentation, migration guides, and repeatable talk tracks while sharing customer feedback and migration friction with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, solutions architect, or in a comparable technical pre-sales role. - Strong product depth, including the ability to demonstrate complex software, discuss configuration and implementation details, and answer difficult technical questions in real time. - Experience managing relationships with large, complex organizations, preferably involving deeply technical enterprise software. - Working knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and IT processes and the ability to navigate those areas confidently. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to individuals, small groups, and larger audiences. - Strong storytelling and positioning skills, plus the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable customer value. - Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and a developing migration playbook, together with a collaborative, low-ego, self-starting working style.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare compliance, governance, risk, security, or related software products. - Previous involvement in product migrations, platform transitions, or consolidation efforts. - Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams. - An interest in working in a small, fast-moving environment where processes are still being established.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote position associated with a U.S.-based organization; qualified candidates both onshore and offshore are being evaluated. - The stated employment policy prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and other legally protected characteristics.
