Webflow Developer

Role overview A European agency focused on SaaS platforms, AI automations, and cloud-native web applications is hiring a Webflow Developer to turn strong designs into polished, responsive, high-performing websites. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and clients to build modern sites for SaaS companies, AI products, startups, and B2B brands. The position is freelance, full-time, and fully remote within Europe.

Responsibilities - Translate Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile - Build clean, scalable CMS structures, collections, and dynamic pages - Implement animations, interactions, and scroll effects that elevate the user experience - Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and usability - Work with frameworks and tools such as Client-First, Finsweet, Lumos, and GSAP - Support launches and post-launch improvements

Requirements - A strong portfolio of Webflow websites you have built - Three or more years of experience as a Webflow Developer, Web Designer, or comparable role - Three or more years of experience with Figma - Proven ability to build responsive websites in Webflow - Availability to work remotely from within Europe - Strong eye for visual quality, clean structure, and detail

Nice to have - Experience working in an agency environment with multiple concurrent client projects - Familiarity with marketing sites for SaaS, AI, startup, or B2B brands - Comfort working alongside designers, product managers, and developers in an end-to-end product workflow
