Program Lead, Enterprise Transformation (US)

Role overview A senior program-delivery role focused on running the operating engine behind an embedded-team partnership that drives enterprise customer adoption of generative AI tools. Rather than owning a single client account, the position owns the program itself, acting as connective tissue across an engagement management team and serving as the primary point of contact for partner leadership. The work blends program operations, executive stakeholder management, contract stewardship, and informal team leadership in a matrixed, professional-services style environment.

Responsibilities - Set the program's internal operating rhythm, leading weekly full-team syncs and recurring senior-leadership huddles where staffing, performance, and hiring decisions get made - Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for partner leadership, while individual engagement managers own their own account relationships directly - Deliver recurring executive readouts in multiple formats, backed by a written update cadence and continuous progress tracking - Partner with Legal, Finance, and internal leadership to negotiate and close contract renewals, including headcount, fee structure, KPI-based adjustments, and delivery-model scope, with working fluency in redlines, rate structures, and budget tracking - Track program KPIs against targets and proactively course-correct with the team the moment forecasts show signs of drifting off track - Run interference for the team by stepping in directly with the client when requests land unreasonably, balancing client relationships with fair outcomes for team members - Maintain the onboarding curriculum and a growing library of reusable playbooks, tools, and core artifacts, treating documentation as a deliverable in its own right - Read and adapt to changes in the partner's own organization, adjusting the engagement model as that organization evolves

Requirements - Background in program or client delivery management, ideally within a staff-augmentation, matrix, consulting, or professional-services model - Demonstrated executive stakeholder management, including running recurring readouts or steerco-style meetings with VP/Director+ client-side executives and briefing internal C-suite leadership - Informal leadership style that builds cohesion through trust, communication, and a shared quality bar rather than positional authority - Comfort owning a portfolio of engagements without running any single account directly - Builder's instinct for process and documentation, comfortable creating trackers, onboarding curricula, and playbooks from scratch - High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort navigating a partner organization that reshapes its own structure with little notice

Nice to have - Experience scaling a distributed team - Familiarity with generative AI tools in a creative or marketing context - Background in agency operations, martech, or enterprise software adoption programs - Experience partnering with a recruiting or talent team on a live, time-sensitive hiring pipeline - A keen eye for identifying expansion opportunities across an account portfolio and translating them into a clear business case

Benefits and work setup - Compensation range of $150,000 – $200,000 spanning multiple levels, with actual compensation influenced by skill set, experience, budget, and location - Distributed team model with colleagues spread across multiple regions
