Role overview A cybersecurity professional services firm is hiring an entry-level New Grad Associate to join its offensive security and penetration testing practice. The role offers recent graduates hands-on technical experience delivering real-world assessments while contributing to client engagements and team goals.

Responsibilities - Conduct network, web, and mobile application penetration testing along with code reviews, social engineering exercises, red team engagements, and physical security assessments. - Run security assessments across a diverse range of technologies and customer implementations. - Advise clients on technical security and compliance activities. - Collaborate with project managers, quality management, sales, and other delivery team members to meet project deliverables and drive customer satisfaction. - Support overall team success by contributing to business objectives and practice metrics.

Requirements - Recent graduate or candidate completing a degree between December 2026 and June 2027. - Academic and practical experience in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline. - Passion for offensive security, demonstrated aptitude, and a strong drive to learn. - Solid written and verbal communication skills for client advisory work. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed delivery team.
