Middle Fullstack Developer (Python + React.js)

Role overview

A mid-level full-stack role within a senior engineering team building AI-first, production-grade products such as payment platforms, digital wallets, and AI-powered dashboards. The position combines Python backend work with React front-end contribution and applied AI development using modern LLM toolchains.

Responsibilities

- Build and enhance features for AI agents and RAG pipelines using LangChain or LangGraph. - Develop and maintain FastAPI services and REST endpoints. - Integrate and optimize vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone, and Weaviate. - Work with the OpenAI API for function calling, embeddings, and prompt optimization. - Write tests, refine prompts, and add basic monitoring and traces. - Package and deploy services with Docker and contribute to metrics, logs, and performance insights.

Requirements

- At least one year of hands-on Python experience on commercial projects or strong personal builds. - Proven track record creating AI-driven applications such as chatbots, retrieval tools, or simple agents. - Understanding of LangChain or LangGraph, RAG architectures, and vector databases. - Solid knowledge of FastAPI and REST fundamentals. - Familiarity with Git, basic SQL or NoSQL (PostgreSQL or MongoDB), and Docker.

Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of React, Next.js, or TypeScript, or a strong willingness to learn. - Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry for observability. - Experience with CI/CD via GitHub Actions and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or caching strategies.
