Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst

Role overview A customer-facing data analyst role on a Customer Success team, embedded in a hospitality technology company that powers properties across more than 150 countries. The role bridges data services and business intelligence, helping hoteliers turn raw operational and financial data into decisions they can act on. Day-to-day work spans building and refining reports across a PMS reporting suite, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and coaching customers on metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.

Responsibilities - Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the property management system's reporting suite - Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies before they become customer frustrations - Coach hoteliers via calls and email on how to read and act on key hospitality metrics - Partner closely with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to keep improving how customers access and interpret their data - Treat every reporting question as an opportunity to make the platform and the customer's business smarter

Requirements - Hands-on experience with hotel property management systems, channel managers, or similar hospitality technology - Background in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support, with a natural ability to teach and guide users - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data cleaning - Strong analytical mindset with experience in data management, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis - Meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive historical, financial, and guest records - Clear written and verbal English communication, with the ability to translate technical reporting concepts for non-data users - Remote-ready setup with reliable high-speed internet for video coaching sessions - Must already be authorized to work in the role's location without visa sponsorship

Nice to have - Professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese - Prior experience with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures
