The selected engineer will partner with product, design, backend, and integrations teams to ship high-impact features in a fast-moving environment, balancing rapid delivery with long-term maintainability. Responsibilities
- Build product features in Angular and React in close partnership with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers - Architect efficient, reusable frontend modules that power a large-scale workspace application - Collaborate with backend and integrations teams to deliver end-to-end capabilities - Partner with QA to strengthen test coverage and product quality across edge cases - Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and usability issues across the experience - Build and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests - Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced delivery environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, with hands-on Angular or React expertise - Strong working knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx or comparable Redux-style state management - Solid understanding of reusable component architecture and frontend performance tuning - Strong HTML and CSS fundamentals, including layout, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and maintainable styling practices - Demonstrated ability to move quickly, take ownership, and execute with urgency - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills - Prior experience mentoring teammates and helping raise engineering quality - Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or similar frameworks - Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows, as the team evaluates AI fluency during hiring
