Principal Product Manager, Partner Integrations

Role overview A principal-level product manager is needed to lead the partner integrations portfolio, shaping how a real-time analytics and data warehousing platform appears inside the systems customers already use. The role spans embedded, native experiences across major cloud providers and developer platforms, plus deeper technical integrations with strategic data and analytics partners. It is a highly cross-functional position that sits at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, solutions, and external partner organizations.

Responsibilities - Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for cloud integrations with strategic technology partners, from joint planning through general availability - Identify complementary co-innovation opportunities and define what a compelling "better together" integration looks like with each partner - Navigate trade-offs inherent in embedded work, including billing and metering, identity and authentication, security, and data residency, while coordinating across internal and partner teams - Project-manage complex multi-organization launches spanning marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and shared launch timelines - Set technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the partner program, and measure adoption and business impact for executive leadership - Represent the product externally at partner events and in joint content with alliance partners

Requirements - Prior experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms, such as cloud marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label programs - Working knowledge of the trade-offs that determine whether an integration succeeds, including billing, auth, security, and cross-team dependencies - Strong project management skills with a track record of owning launches that span multiple teams across two or more companies - Patience and resilience when partners are unresponsive or have competing priorities, paired with creative ways to keep work moving - Technical depth sufficient to understand an integration end to end, from provisioning and auth through billing and data flow, and to hold credible engineering conversations about APIs and architecture - Comfort with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and a hands-on, high-ownership style of working

Nice to have - Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies - Experience running or supporting a technology partner program - Background at a database or data infrastructure company, with familiarity with real-time analytics or cloud data warehouse platforms - Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments
