Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Front End

Role overview A senior front-end engineering role focused on building a high-performance, real-time trading platform used by active traders. The position sits on a collaborative engineering team within a financial technology firm that supports institutional clients, contributing to large-scale initiatives that shape a modern prime brokerage experience.

Responsibilities - Architect and develop a responsive web interface that integrates live market data, low-latency execution workflows, and advanced trading tools. - Build and maintain scalable, performant front-end applications that prioritize end-user experience and API design quality. - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features across the trading platform. - Apply strong design patterns, data structures, and algorithms to produce reliable, maintainable code. - Contribute to tooling, performance, and developer-experience improvements across the front-end stack.

Requirements - 4+ years of professional experience implementing web applications. - 3+ years of experience with modern web technologies at a Senior or higher engineer level. - Deep expertise with TypeScript, React, Tanstack, and Tailwind. - Strong command of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. - Demonstrated focus on end-user experience in API design, functionality, and performance. - Comfort working in a team-first, collaborative engineering environment.
