Senior Product Manager

Role overview

This is a senior product role inside a small venture-building team constructing software infrastructure for India's healthcare sector. The position is framed explicitly as PM-as-owner rather than PM-as-coordinator: the holder frames problems, picks trade-offs, and stays accountable for outcomes end-to-end. It is a remote-first, India-based full-time role reporting directly into the founding office.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end roadmap stewardship for a single venture surface, from strategy through a weekly shipping cadence. - Lead recurring review sessions with the founding office and align the team on priorities each cycle. - Define the metric set, design and run experiments, and decide which features to keep, rework, or cut. - Draft product requirements documents yourself rather than delegating specification work to others. - Use SQL-based data work against production datasets to inform decisions and validate hypotheses. - Stand behind outcomes, including the parts that underperform, and adjust course quickly.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of product management experience, including ownership of at least one 0-to-1 product launch. - Hands-on fluency with data, including the ability to write your own SQL queries against production data. - Strong written communication demonstrated through self-authored PRDs, briefs, and other product artefacts. - Comfort operating with a weekly shipping rhythm and a high degree of iteration.

Nice to have

- Domain background in healthcare, marketplaces, or logistics. - Prior engineering or design experience that sharpens product judgment.
