About this role
Role overview Take ownership of two production React Native apps used daily by clinicians and delivery partners. The role emphasizes performance and offline-first reliability, since users rely on these apps over unreliable mobile networks in smaller cities.
Responsibilities - Own the React Native codebase end to end, including architecture decisions, release management, and crash-free rate. - Write and ship native modules in Swift or Kotlin where React Native reaches its limits. - Instrument performance and crash telemetry, then systematically drive both metrics down over time.
Requirements - At least 3 years of experience shipping React Native apps to both the iOS and Android app stores. - Comfort working in Swift or Kotlin when native code is required. - A track record of shipping apps with real users in production, not just demo projects.
Nice to have - Experience designing offline-first data synchronization. - Familiarity with mobile payments and KYC flows.
