Role overview Join a high-growth healthcare technology company as a Staff Product Manager owning a meaningful product domain within an AI-powered supply chain platform for hospitals. This is a foundational, embedded role partnering closely with a technical lead from discovery through delivery, shaping product practice and infrastructure in a fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environment. The mission centers on reducing waste and inefficiency in hospital supply chain operations through automation and actionable insights.
Responsibilities - Own a core product domain end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration - Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product development lifecycle, including involving them in customer conversations and solutioning early - Conduct deep customer and stakeholder research to surface root problems and translate ambiguity into clear product direction - Remove roadblocks, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and maintain forward momentum within a fast-paced setting - Balance input from engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes - Help establish product processes, norms, and ways of working for a growing product organization
Requirements - Strong product sense and problem-solving skills focused on business and customer value rather than feature shipping - Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces - Track record of execution in complex environments, including removing blockers and making tradeoffs - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly treating engineering counterparts as thought partners - Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook is still being written - Experience in healthcare technology, especially enterprise workflows and complex system integrations - Familiarity with driving change inside large healthcare organizations
Nice to have - Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems - Experience building AI-powered products or working on agentic tooling - Background at a company selling into top-tier health systems
