About this role
Role overview A Product Manager I position at a sustainability-focused AI company, joining a product team that serves institutional investors, governments, companies, and consumers with sustainability data and tooling. The role covers the full product life cycle, from discovery and experimentation through planning and release, with a strong emphasis on turning user insight and market intelligence into a clear roadmap.
Responsibilities - Align product strategy with business objectives and user needs, determining which features will have the highest impact. - Drive the product roadmap and requirement definition end-to-end, coordinating across developers, data science, research, business development, customer success, and other stakeholders. - Report on product success KPIs and maintain commitment to the agreed roadmap. - Document user stories, use cases, and release notes for both internal and external audiences. - Run recurring analysis on product usage to surface insights for continuous improvement. - Help the squad define and track OKRs, flag deviations, and propose corrective alternatives. - Monitor the competitive landscape and stay current on data and market trends in social impact and financial investment.
Requirements - Three to five years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's, Master's, or advanced degree in Engineering, Statistics, Science, Mathematics, or Business. - Self-starter who can take ownership, show initiative, and sustain high energy. - Decisive and action-oriented, comfortable making rapid calls with incomplete information. - Highly motivated, independent, and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact. - Detail-oriented, numerically proficient, with natural curiosity and an innovative approach to problem-solving. - Strong organization and project management skills. - Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or above.
Nice to have - Prior start-up experience. - MBA. - Professional experience in financial services. - Professional experience in sustainability, social impact, and/or ESG research.
