Role overview This position leads end-to-end software onboarding for new clients of an enterprise learning management system, guiding each engagement from kickoff through successful rollout. The role blends client-facing project leadership with hands-on training, configuration, and troubleshooting across an average eight-week implementation cycle. It is well suited to a project manager who thrives in remote client work, enjoys cross-functional coordination, and is motivated by elevating adoption of a SaaS platform.
Responsibilities - Own the full implementation lifecycle for new customers, coordinating requirements gathering, scope confirmation, and rollout through phone, email, and virtual meetings. - Partner with client stakeholders to develop realistic project plans, timelines, and success criteria. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing resourcing and cross-departmental handoffs. - Configure and roll out complementary products and integrations, including RESTful APIs and CRM or HRM connectors. - Deliver tailored training sessions on platform workflows, best practices, and adoption strategies. - Maintain a balanced portfolio of concurrent projects, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery.
Requirements - Four or more years of experience in client onboarding, software implementation, or project management. - Demonstrated experience training end users on software products. - Working knowledge of SaaS delivery models and cloud-based platforms. - Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple active projects. - A project-oriented mindset focused on measurable client outcomes.
Nice to have - Prior learning management system administration or training background. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and the e-learning industry. - PMP certification or formal project management training. - Experience using data import tools.
