[Job-32046] Senior AI Engineer

Role overview Join a delivery team building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for a global enterprise client. The role spans technical discovery through production deployment, blending solid software engineering with modern AI capabilities such as retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent agents, and cloud-native operations. Expect hands-on work that directly shapes how AI is delivered into real enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities - Own AI solutions end to end, from discovery and prototyping through production rollout and continuous improvement. - Design and evolve Generative AI, RAG, and agentic applications that integrate with tools, APIs, databases, messaging systems, and enterprise platforms. - Define technical approaches balancing quality, scalability, security, cost, maintainability, and operational impact. - Establish orchestration patterns including Human-in-the-Loop checkpoints, long-running workflows, retries, fallback strategies, and deterministic guardrails. - Build evaluation, observability, and reliability practices that surface tracing, latency, token usage, failures, and cost. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, while mentoring peers and shaping engineering standards.

Requirements - Strong Python development skills with solid software engineering foundations and sound design principles. - Proven track record designing and shipping production-grade Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. - Deep familiarity with embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, chunking, reranking, and enterprise knowledge retrieval. - Hands-on experience with AI frameworks or SDKs such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Strands. - Practical knowledge across multiple LLM providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and the ability to weigh trade-offs between models and orchestration approaches. - Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and cloud-native practices including scalability, resiliency, secrets management, and access control. - Fluent English for technical discussions with international stakeholders.

Nice to have - Knowledge of multi-agent systems and long-running agent workflows. - Background in Agentic SDLC, coding agents, GitHub integrations, or developer tooling. - Familiarity with knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, or hybrid retrieval architectures. - Hands-on experience with Datadog LLM Observability, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or similar platforms.
