[Job-31658] Senior Data & Analytics Specialist, Brazil

Role overview This senior position focuses on converting business questions into well-modeled data products and interactive analytics within a BI environment. The specialist partners with stakeholders across data, applications, infrastructure, and business teams to define KPIs, shape data models, and deliver dashboards that drive decision-making. It is a hands-on role that blends technical BI engineering with strategic requirements analysis.

Responsibilities - Lead the discovery and analysis of business requirements within BI contexts, translating needs into clear technical specifications and realistic delivery timelines. - Design and refine data models that transform raw data into actionable insights aligned with strategic goals. - Build dynamic dashboards and interactive visual reports using advanced Power BI features. - Define, implement, and routinely track key performance indicators tied to specific business objectives. - Develop, test, and deploy complex Power BI scripts, executing DAX queries and functions to surface meaningful insights. - Document algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships, and recommend technology adjustments that improve existing BI systems. - Review current ETL procedures and design improved data processing flows.

Requirements - Hands-on experience working within Azure environments. - Proficiency with Power BI Report Builder and open-source tooling such as DAX Studio. - Strong DAX skills for authoring queries, measures, and advanced filtering and visualization logic. - Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders across data, applications, infrastructure, and business functions to design Power BI report layouts. - Solid grasp of ETL concepts and data modeling techniques. - Advanced or fluent English for cross-functional communication.

Nice to have - Experience with Snowflake. - Familiarity with additional BI tooling and visualization platforms.
