Role overview

A senior data engineering role designing scalable data solutions for enterprise clients on modern cloud platforms. The position focuses on building robust pipelines, enforcing data quality, and shaping dimensional models that make large datasets usable for analytics. It works inside a cross-functional pod model, partnering with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver governed data lake and warehouse capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable data pipelines that process high-volume data efficiently across cloud environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard data integrity, accessibility, and usability. - Implement data quality controls and dimensional models that support downstream analytics. - Build and maintain data lake and data warehouse solutions for client workloads. - Apply data governance practices including cataloging and lineage tracking. - Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL and data engineering workflows.

Requirements

- Advanced English communication skills for working with international clients. - Strong coding ability in Python. - Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT in modern data stack environments. - Background in Azure cloud environments using SQL and/or Spark, including Apache Airflow and Dataforms. - Knowledge of data quality practices and dimensional data modeling. - Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD for ETL processes. - Understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Data Governance principles.

Nice to have

- Exposure to Databricks or Spark-based processing. - Familiarity with pipeline monitoring and observability tooling.
