Role overview
A Senior Solutions Architect is needed on a Professional Services team to lead technical implementations for Public Sector customers adopting hardened, secure container images for open source software. The role serves as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, partnering directly with Product and Engineering to shape future solutions while ensuring customer success remains the top priority.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations and drive adoption of secure container image products across Public Sector organizations. - Collaborate with account teams spanning sales, sales engineering, customer success, and support to align on customer vision, value realization, and growth strategy. - Act as a quality gatekeeper by testing, documenting, and validating image builds to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. - Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and influence image build prioritization. - Maintain account-level architectural documentation and circulate lessons learned and best practices across the organization. - Contribute to team knowledge sharing through mentoring, teaching, and collaborative problem solving.
Requirements
- 4+ years of post-sales experience supporting Public Sector clients. - 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications. - Strong background in Kubernetes, containers, and modern software security practices. - Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or CMMC. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - U.S. citizenship required, with willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements.

Compensation
Up to $195,000 base salary plus bonus and equity.
