Role overview A customer-facing technical role within a Professional Services team, leading implementations and onboarding for enterprise customers. The position partners closely with account teams, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption of secure open-source build artifacts and shape product direction based on real customer feedback.
Responsibilities - Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hardened open-source image products across customer engineering organizations. - Partner with account executives, sales engineers, customer success managers, and support to understand customer goals, surface pain points, and execute account-level strategies. - Act as an internal quality checkpoint by testing, documenting, and validating the customer experience before release. - Convey customer requirements to Product and Engineering and influence prioritization of build improvements. - Maintain account-level architecture documentation and share patterns, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization. - Collaborate, teach, and learn across the broader team to continuously improve delivery.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications, with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes and containers. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executives. - Intellectual drive for excellence and a track record of solving complex problems. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. - Strong working knowledge of software development processes, practices, and design concepts. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in German. - Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
