Senior Product Manager (AI CICD)

Role overview A founding product role for a new line of business aimed at rebuilding continuous integration for software-writing agents rather than humans. The product is unlaunched, but the underlying technical foundation already runs in production internally, and this hire will own vision, strategy, and roadmap for taking it to market. The work spans zero-to-one product discovery, design partner selection, developer experience design, and launch positioning alongside Product Marketing and Engineering.

Responsibilities - Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including explicit decisions about what not to build - Drive zero-to-one work: take an internal system and turn it into a customer-purchasable product with structure, tradeoff calls, and early user exposure - Investigate how developers and their agents actually write, test, review, and ship code today, including undocumented workflows - Recruit design partners running large agent fleets and convert their feedback into prioritized work - Own developer experience end to end so adoption feels lightweight rather than migration-heavy - Lead launch efforts including positioning, naming, documentation, and pricing model in collaboration with Product Marketing - Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Experience, Product Marketing, and peer Product leaders to keep a small team aligned

Requirements - 5+ years of product management on developer-facing, infrastructure, or security products - Hands-on experience building agent-oriented tools such as coding agents, agent harnesses, MCP servers, eval systems, or model-driven developer tooling - Deep familiarity with CI internals: builds, tests, caches, runners, artifacts, merge gates, and the failure modes that make pipelines slow or flaky - Track record shipping a technical product from early concept through launch and iteration - Comfort engaging directly with deeply technical engineering teams and holding an opinion in design debates

Nice to have - Background in developer platforms, build systems, remote execution, or hosted development environments - Experience with containers, Kubernetes, registries, or cloud-native infrastructure - Prior work on security products aimed at developers - Familiarity with products that serve both individual developers and large enterprises
