Senior Partner Solutions Architect - East (Professional Services)

Role overview A senior individual contributor role focused on enabling the partner ecosystem to deliver secure software supply chain solutions. The position sits within a Professional Services team and partners closely with channel, alliances, and customer success functions to scale post-sales delivery through system integrators, resellers, and technology alliances. The mission centers on equipping partner engineers to architect, deploy, and operate hardened container and library implementations on behalf of enterprise end customers.

Responsibilities - Lead structured technical enablement programs so partner teams can independently implement and grow adoption of container and library offerings - Collaborate with partner account managers, AEs, SEs, and CSMs to map partner capabilities, identify pain points, and shape joint go-to-market plans - Author and maintain partner-facing technical content, including integration guides, reference architectures, and best practice playbooks - Co-deliver complex implementations, run architecture reviews, and provide escalation support during post-sales engagements - Serve as the primary technical conduit between the partner ecosystem and internal Product and Engineering teams, channeling roadmap-relevant feedback - Track partner technical competencies and design programs that close capability gaps over time

Requirements - 4+ years in a post-sales client-facing technical role, ideally with direct partner engineering, alliances, or channel solutions architecture experience - 8+ years building high-performance multi-tier applications - Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies - Familiarity with how system integrators, ISVs, resellers, and technology alliances go to market - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field - Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences, plus willingness to travel up to 25%; location in the Eastern Time Zone
