Business Analyst III Healthcare Analytics

Role overview

Analyze integrated healthcare and business data to help stakeholders make decisions that improve clinical outcomes and manage the cost of care. This role combines project analysis, process improvement, reporting, and requirements guidance, while coordinating problem solving across business units. The position is available remotely nationwide.

Responsibilities - Analyze data and assigned business initiatives, identify barriers to implementation, and recommend practical solutions. - Support the rollout of solutions through project planning, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders. - Find opportunities to improve performance management and operational reporting. - Identify useful organizational practices and help incorporate them into business applications and processes. - Coordinate cross-functional problem solving and contribute to departmental policies and procedures. - Serve as a subject matter resource in assigned functions or analytic areas and guide junior analysts on processes and requirements.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field—such as business, statistics, mathematics, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, economics, actuarial science, or finance—or equivalent experience. - At least four years of experience in business process work, data analysis, or requirements analysis. - Must be able to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have - A master’s degree. - Experience in healthcare, analytics delivery, project management, or information technology.
