Role overview A remote Solutions Engineering role focused on helping enterprise customers adopt an internet-intelligence and attack-surface-management platform. The position blends technical pre-sales, solution design, and customer success to translate large-scale internet scan data into security outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
Responsibilities - Build and execute strategic account plans that expand platform footprint and meet revenue quotas across enterprise targets - Translate customer business requirements into high-level solution designs that reduce attack surface and surface hidden risk - Drive adoption by helping customers operationalize the platform within security workflows to discover unknown assets, prioritize exposure, and produce measurable outcomes - Conduct technical, operational, and commercial discovery to surface issues other tools miss - Run demos, presentations, webinars, and workshops that make unique datasets and methodology tangible to technical and non-technical audiences - Lead technical validation efforts, orchestrate specialists and channel resources, and partner closely with Customer Success to ensure full implementation - Present at conferences and industry events, and differentiate the internet-scale data advantage against competing platforms and point solutions
Requirements - 6+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering - Working skill in at least one of: networking, network security, cybersecurity, private/public cloud security, SOC/endpoint, or SASE - Experience designing or selling solutions such as network security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, or SOC transformation technologies - Track record of influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in in customer-facing roles - Ability to deliver technical presentations, workshops, and validation engagements - Experience partnering with customer support functions to drive implementation and adoption - Comfort with complex sales involving long cycles, multiple buying centers, and multi-product solutions; willingness to travel for in-person customer meetings
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote within the continental United States - Expected salary range for high cost-of-living areas (San Francisco Bay, New York City, Seattle) is $207,000–$248,000 USD plus applicable bonus or commission, with compensation and benefits subject to change - Identity verification required as part of the offer process - Reasonable accommodations available for candidates with disabilities; cameras-on policy during video interviews - Initial in-person onboarding at headquarters for hired candidates
