Director, Product Management

Role overview This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Director of Product Management focused on cybersecurity and internet intelligence solutions. The role leads a team of product managers responsible for evolving an attack surface management platform into a unified exposure management solution spanning first-party and third-party risk visibility. The position is remote within the United States or Canada and reports into the senior product organization.

Responsibilities - Lead, hire, and develop a team of product managers focused on attack surface management and supply chain intelligence products - Define and drive the unified product vision, strategy, and roadmap across asset discovery, ownership, risk, and analytics workflows - Partner with engineering leadership to prioritize scalable features that differentiate the platform in the cybersecurity market - Collaborate with design and AI teams to make exposure insights more intuitive and conversational within customer workflows - Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and research to integrate market and customer signals into planning - Establish product management processes, measure success through usage, adoption, and ARR signals, and represent the company externally with customers, partners, and at industry events

Requirements - 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years managing other product managers - Proven success building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms, ideally in cybersecurity or risk intelligence - Deep familiarity with attack surface management, threat intelligence, network discovery, or cloud security posture management - Strong technical acumen to discuss APIs, data pipelines, and architectural tradeoffs with engineers and speak credibly with CISOs - Track record of influencing executive strategy through data-driven insights and cross-functional alignment

Nice to have - Hands-on familiarity with internet-scale systems and protocols such as TLS, DNS, or BGP - Experience integrating AI or ML into cybersecurity or analytics workflows - Experience with product-led growth or usage-based monetization models

Benefits and work setup For candidates in high-cost-of-living locations, the base salary range is $238,000 to $257,000 USD. The position is fully remote with no expectation to come into an office.
