About this role
Role overview
Help large North American customers use data and AI to improve complex business operations and realize measurable value from transformation initiatives. You’ll combine consulting, technical execution, and program leadership, partnering with senior value engineering colleagues and customer stakeholders. The focus includes order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and supply chain processes, from discovery through implementation and value realization.
Responsibilities - Diagnose operational challenges and lead discovery through outcome definition and realized return on investment. - Build executive narratives and facilitate workshops that connect transformation plans to business value. - Develop sponsorship among senior stakeholders and coordinate change management and capability-building plans. - Orchestrate global, cross-functional workstreams and use AI-supported methods for account planning, project management, and governance. - Promote platform adoption, partner with technical specialists on solution development, and shape expansion roadmaps. - Share customer use cases and emerging needs with product and research teams to inform future solutions.
Requirements - Three to five years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in value engineering, consulting, or pre-sales. - Background with enterprise technology and business software such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle. - Practical fluency with AI copilots for producing outputs and automations; the role emphasizes this over extensive manual coding. - Demonstrated process improvement and value realization experience, including transformation across regions or business units. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including the ability to engage VP- and director-level leaders. - Deep understanding of finance or supply chain, and a degree in a technical or analytics field, or business/economics with a technical minor. - Ability to travel frequently within the United States.
Benefits and work setup - The role supports customers across North America and requires frequent U.S. travel. - Professional development includes mentorship, a structured learning framework, and access to a learning platform. - Well-being offerings include subsidized fitness memberships, mental health counseling, and dedicated wellness weeks; paid time off is also provided for annual community or environmental volunteering.
