About this role
Role overview Lead analytics and reporting for a global, cloud-native infrastructure platform's go-to-market organization. This is a hands-on, strategy-oriented position focused on building the data infrastructure, dashboards, and metric definitions that empower Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to make confident decisions.
Responsibilities - Define and own the end-to-end BI strategy for GTM analytics, from data modeling and metric definitions through dashboard delivery and adoption. - Establish a single source of truth for core revenue metrics including pipeline, bookings, ARR/MRR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR, and funnel conversion across multiple regions. - Evaluate, select, and manage BI tooling, weighing build-versus-buy trade-offs against cost and maintainability. - Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting that support weekly and quarterly business reviews. - Translate ad hoc stakeholder questions into structured, reusable analyses rather than one-off exports. - Build pipeline health, funnel, and productivity models that surface risk and opportunity early enough to act on. - Partner with Systems teams to ensure CRM and adjacent GTM systems produce clean, well-governed, analytics-ready data. - Establish data quality monitoring, validation checks, and escalation paths for BI-critical tables. - Document metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting logic so outputs remain trusted and reproducible.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology company. - Proven experience owning BI strategy and delivery, defining how the business measures and trusts its own data. - Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with at least one modern BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma. - Deep fluency with Salesforce data models, CRM-driven reporting, and SaaS revenue metrics. - Track record of turning raw data into executive-ready deliverables including dashboards, decks, and written analyses. - Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to push back constructively on requirements, methodology, or data interpretation.
Nice to have - Experience with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar modern data-stack components. - Familiarity with third-party enrichment or intent-data tools and how they integrate with CRM data. - Prior experience supporting global GTM organizations spanning multiple regions. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first global environment with flexible work arrangements. - Competitive salary with equity options. - Learning budget covering international conferences and professional development courses. - Equipment budget, team-building budget, and extra days off to support work-life balance. - Potential for growth and promotion as the organization expands.
