Country Manager

Role overview Lead business growth and regional operations across the European cryptocurrency market. The role combines market strategy, customer acquisition, local marketing, partnerships, regulatory awareness, and leadership of a regional team, working closely with global functions.

Responsibilities - Set and deliver a regional business plan focused on expansion, user growth, and revenue. - Direct local marketing, events, and partnership activity, including initiatives to build awareness and community engagement. - Develop relationships with stakeholders, financial institutions, and partners across the regional ecosystem. - Track market, competitor, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and manage risks. - Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to align regional activity with broader plans. - Guide and support the regional team, encouraging collaboration and strong execution.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree in business is an advantage. - Ten or more years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, or general management in technology or financial services. - Strong knowledge of the European crypto market, customer behavior, and relevant regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, MiFID, or EMI. - Ability to build and use professional relationships across European crypto and fintech networks. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence, with a focus on measurable outcomes. - Fluent English and at least one other European language; able to adapt to a fast-changing market.

Nice to have - Previous senior leadership or country management experience in cryptocurrency. - Established relationships in DACH and wider European crypto or fintech communities.
