Client Service Analyst - Livechat (Turish required)

Role overview Support customers through live chat and email, helping them resolve questions and complaints with clear, timely responses. The role also involves keeping current on platform features and market conditions, identifying operational risks, and sharing customer feedback that can improve service and processes.

Responsibilities - Respond to current and prospective customers through live chat and email. - Investigate inquiries and complaints, follow them through to resolution, and provide an efficient customer experience. - Maintain working knowledge of platform products and relevant market conditions. - Understand customer needs and relay useful feedback and proposed solutions to management. - Flag discrepancies and emerging operational risks promptly to the appropriate team. - Look for ways to improve team performance and day-to-day workflows.

Requirements - Strong written and spoken Turkish and English, including Turkish reading and typing. - A diploma in business administration or management; a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is preferred. - Ideally, two to four years of customer service experience, particularly in live chat or email support. - Strong numerical awareness and comfort interpreting figures or statistics. - A collaborative, self-directed approach and a genuine interest in developing a career in financial technology or digital asset services. - Availability for five-day rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; listed shifts include 8 a.m.–5 p.m., 4 p.m.–1 a.m., and midnight–9 a.m.
