About this role

Role overview The Onboarding Data Integrations Analyst owns the end-to-end delivery of data exchange setups for new client programs, with a primary focus on inbound HRIS census and benefits conversion files. The position also supports ad hoc inbound and outbound integrations with partner vendors such as wellness providers, 401(k) administrators, ACA vendors, and reporting platforms. It is a remote, multi-project role suited to someone who can balance technical configuration with frequent stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities - Drive the full lifecycle of new data exchange development, from requirements gathering and documentation through configuration, testing, and on-time launch. - Act as the primary liaison between internal project teams and external clients or vendors to capture specifications, layouts, and integration requirements. - Configure and document data files, establish secure file transfer workflows, and execute structured testing plans. - Facilitate meetings with clients and vendors to walk through specifications, layouts, and test results, and capture follow-up actions. - Partner with project managers to keep tracking documentation, timelines, and status reporting current across concurrent assignments. - Lead the transition from onboarding into steady-state support, including documentation handoff, knowledge transfer, and issue resolution. - Support peer quality assurance by tracking defects and helping drive them to closure.

Requirements - 4+ years of experience as an administrative outsourcing analyst or in a comparable analyst role; SaaS environment background preferred. - Proficiency with XML and strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets and verify data accuracy. - Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Beyond Compare, JavaScript, or similar (hands-on experience acceptable). - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client assignments with overlapping timelines independently. - Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail. - Experience facilitating client and vendor meetings, capturing requirements, and tracking action items across cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; camera-ready for video collaboration.

Nice to have - Prior benefits, HRIS, or benefits-administration technology experience. - Familiarity with industry-standard file formats and integration patterns in SaaS onboarding.

Benefits and work setup - Remote-first, work-from-anywhere model. - Annual compensation range of $45K to $81K, determined by education, experience, skills, and market data. - Eligibility to participate in the company bonus incentive plan. - Comprehensive benefits package available to full-time and part-time benefit-eligible employees.
