Implementation Project Manager II (Remote)

Role overview Implementation Project Manager position focused on leading client onboarding engagements, translating program requirements into executable project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of benefits technology implementations. The role operates within a SaaS environment, partnering closely with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to drive on-budget, on-schedule outcomes.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and schedules using internal project management tooling; adjust timelines persuasively to keep work on track - Communicate project expectations, status, and risks to clients, internal teams, and executive sponsors - Coordinate a high-performing project team focused on delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget - Delegate tasks to appropriate owners and coordinate with dependent vendors to keep cross-functional work flowing - Identify, assess, and resolve schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and bottlenecks; document impact and mitigation plans - Define success criteria, manage dependencies and critical path, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives - Act as a subject matter expert on project management practices, system capabilities, and onboarding workflows

Requirements - 7+ years of project management experience leading complex, strategic initiatives simultaneously - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred - Background in client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS solution implementation - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with fluency in MS Office tools - Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven stakeholder and change management leadership - Demonstrated ability to define and document processes and drive improvements through metrics

Nice to have - Experience working under tight delivery timeframes in fast-paced environments - Cross-functional project participation across product, engineering, and operations teams

Benefits and work setup - Remote-eligible position - Annual base pay range of $67,000 to $105,000, determined by education, experience, skills, abilities, and market data - Eligibility to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan - Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time and part-time benefit-eligible employees
