Implementation Analyst

Role overview This Implementation Analyst II role focuses on configuring, testing, and auditing client systems within a cloud-based benefits administration platform to support successful client onboarding and ongoing operation. The position blends hands-on technical configuration with client-facing support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration across implementation projects.

Responsibilities - Build and audit client site configurations, including benefit plan rules, plan details, rates, and enrollment logic - Execute structured testing to confirm proper system functionality, data flow, and overall quality before launch - Import and reconcile client data, safeguarding accuracy throughout the implementation lifecycle - Prepare employee- and employer-facing communication documents tied to each engagement - Triage inbound client tickets and voicemails, providing appropriate next-response timelines and resolutions - Audit data drawn from multiple sources and produce summary or detailed reporting as required

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Two or more years of professional, client-facing experience in analysis or data management - Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, data summaries) plus working knowledge of other Office tools - Substantial experience with databases, including data interpretation and manipulation - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, service-oriented tone - Ability to problem-solve using reference materials, testing, and informed questioning, and to make timely decisions in fast-paced or ambiguous environments

Nice to have - Prior experience with HR, benefits administration, or HRIS platforms - Hands-on exposure to system integrations or large-scale data imports - Working knowledge of SQL or other advanced data analysis techniques
