CargoWise Global Operations Systems Program Director

Role overview An enterprise-level transformation leadership role accountable for end-to-end delivery of a global operations systems program spanning CargoWise, Footprint, Trackonomy, and a future technology stack. The position drives a standardized, automated, and scalable global operating model with measurable business outcomes, rather than running a traditional PMO function.

Responsibilities - Serve as the single point of accountability for program delivery across Operations, IT, Finance, and regional market units, including productivity, service quality, financial controls, and benefits realization. - Define and roll out a global "to-be" operational template covering L4 processes, SOPs, RACI, and KPIs, balancing global standardization with local regulatory and legal requirements. - Lead re-implementation and optimization of core platforms, owning sequencing, dependencies, rollout strategy, and legacy system exit while minimizing customization and technical debt. - Sponsor automation, AI, and digital enablement initiatives such as straight-through processing, workflow automation, OCR/ICR, and scalable capability reuse. - Establish and run global governance, steering forums, and go/no-go decision gates, providing outcome-based reporting to executive sponsors. - Lead change management, training, and adoption, embedding continuous improvement as a permanent operational capability and owning senior-level vendor accountability.

Requirements - University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. - Ten or more years of experience leading large-scale system implementation programs. - Ten or more years of experience leading multi-country, cross-functional teams. - International working experience and logistics industry exposure are advantageous. - Demonstrated process improvement and system implementation track record.

Nice to have - Background in logistics, cash management, or secure transport operations. - Prior accountability for value realization tied to operational technology rollouts.
