GenAI Senior Integrated Producer

Role overview

A senior producer role leading the development of strategy, creative concepts, and integrated campaign delivery for major brands across digital and social channels. The position centres on generative AI-enhanced production, partnering closely with creative, design, video, and film teams to bring ideas from initial brief through to final output. Responsibilities

- Own projects end-to-end, from receiving and shaping client briefs through scope definition, estimation, scheduling, and final delivery - Build and maintain timing plans and budgets in internal systems, monitor spend, and negotiate any scope changes or extensions that affect cost - Manage stakeholder communication across multiple client groups and internal teams, aligning everyone behind a single integrated solution - Source external production partners, allocate internal resources, and challenge timelines that risk creative quality or team capacity - Mentor junior team members, embed process standards, and drive continuous improvement across delivery workflows - Apply generative AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and decision-making throughout production

Requirements

- Significant producer experience within a creative agency, leading digital content and social campaigns for major brands - Working mastery across AI, design, video, digital, and film disciplines, with awareness of how emerging tech shapes advertising and marketing - Strong multi-platform campaign execution record, including knowledge of aspect ratios and shooting considerations for CGI pack replacements - Demonstrated skill in project finance, stakeholder management, resource scheduling, and closing projects to agreed standards - Resilient, proactive mindset with strong negotiation, risk identification, and communication abilities
