Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

Role overview Shape enterprise technology solutions that connect business strategy with applications, data, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and AI. This senior individual contributor will provide architecture direction across complex initiatives, helping ensure that designs support business objectives while meeting security, regulatory, resilience, and governance needs in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities - Design enterprise solutions across application, data, infrastructure, cloud, and AI domains. - Develop architecture strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance materials for assigned portfolios. - Lead designs for hybrid and cloud-native solutions on AWS and Microsoft Azure. - Assess emerging technologies and AI capabilities, and run proofs of concept to evaluate feasibility and value. - Identify integration dependencies, architectural risks, and mitigation approaches throughout delivery. - Guide project teams from business case through implementation and participate in architecture reviews. - Advise business and technology leaders on cloud adoption, AI, modernization, and technology strategy.

Requirements - At least 10 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or technology architecture. - Experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, insurance, or capital markets. - Record of designing large-scale solutions and supporting modernization in complex, regulated settings. - Strong architecture expertise in AWS and Azure, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments. - Knowledge of application architecture, systems integration, APIs, microservices, security, identity, encryption, and regulatory controls. - Experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or generative AI into enterprise solutions. - Strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Benefits and work setup - Remote position. The listed salary range is $85,500–$185,000, with compensation varying by location, experience, skills, education, and qualifications. Benefits may include health coverage, tuition reimbursement, insurance, retirement savings, and other incentives.
