Senior Analytics Specialist

Role overview A Senior Analytics Specialist designs and builds business-ready dashboards inside the Omni analytics platform, working with Snowflake-backed data sources to deliver executive, operational, and customer-facing analytics experiences. The role emphasizes strong UI/UX judgment within Omni rather than traditional frontend application development.

Responsibilities - Design and build custom dashboards directly inside Omni using its native capabilities - Transform early-stage or empty Omni environments into polished, business-ready dashboards - Apply UI/UX principles to layout, visual hierarchy, navigation, filtering, and user workflows - Translate business questions into clear metrics, visualizations, and analytical views - Collaborate with data engineering to identify data gaps, modeling needs, and metric definitions - Validate dashboard accuracy against Snowflake-backed data sources and document metric logic

Requirements - 5–8+ years in analytics, BI, dashboard development, or data visualization - Hands-on Omni dashboard development experience - Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms - Strong data visualization best practices and visual storytelling sense - Excellent English communication and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders

Nice to have - Experience with other analytics platforms such as Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot - Familiarity with embedded analytics, multi-tenant environments, or row-level security - Experience creating reusable dashboard templates or analytics design patterns
