Role overview Own the product vision and roadmap for a Web Personalization suite that helps marketers deliver on-site experiences, run experiments, and orchestrate cross-channel journeys. This role sits at the intersection of marketing automation, AI-driven personalization, and web experimentation, shaping how digital-first brands engage visitors across their websites and apps.
Responsibilities - Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for web personalization, balancing customer-impacting improvements, strategic differentiators, and technical investments. - Run structured discovery with customers, prospects, and internal teams to deeply understand on-site personalization workflows, experimentation practices, and adoption blockers. - Partner closely with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality features, writing clear PRDs, specs, and success criteria. - Lead the transformation of web personalization capabilities into an AI-native, agentic experience layer integrated with broader decisioning and data systems. - Monitor adoption, usage, and funnel metrics for shipped features, running experiments to improve activation and long-term engagement. - Serve as the single-threaded owner for the area, communicating priorities, trade-offs, and timelines to engineering, design, customer success, sales, and product marketing stakeholders.
Requirements - 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with web personalization, experimentation, or related digital experience tools in a practitioner role. - Practical background in at least one area: web personalization or experimentation platforms, marketing automation/CDP products with strong web capabilities, or web experience/CMS/front-end tools. - Demonstrated ability to translate real customer and implementation needs into clear product or solution requirements. - Customer-centric problem-solving skills with the ability to turn messy feedback into crisp problem statements and explain trade-offs. - Technical fluency to discuss architecture and constraints of web SDKs, tag managers, APIs, and front-end rendering.
Nice to have - Prior product management experience. - Mobile app personalization experience. - Familiarity with competing or comparable marketing automation and personalization platforms.
