Data Scientist

Role overview Use product and behavioral data to guide decisions, evaluate product changes, and contribute to improvements in machine learning quality. The work combines metrics and reporting, controlled experiments, and predictive analysis, in collaboration with product stakeholders and machine learning engineers.

Responsibilities - Define and monitor key product and business metrics. - Design and analyze A/B tests for product features. - Build dashboards and reports to make findings visible to stakeholders. - Develop predictive models related to user engagement and churn. - Partner with machine learning engineers to assess model quality.

Requirements - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, data science, or a related field. - At least two years of experience in data science or analytics. - Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing tools. - Proficiency in Python, including pandas, scikit-learn, and matplotlib. - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Nice to have - Familiarity with dbt, Looker, BigQuery, Airflow, or Jupyter.
