Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Build and maintain the services and customer-facing tools that support a suite of Revit plugins. You’ll take work from investigating a user’s problem through implementation and release, spanning backend services, a desktop manager and an internal dashboard.

Responsibilities - Develop features across licensing and catalogue services, desktop software and an internal dashboard. - Work across backend and client applications, using .NET and TypeScript. - Investigate support reports and turn unclear problems into specific defects or product improvements. - Maintain production services and write tests to catch regressions. - Follow issues through release and learn from the impact on users.

Requirements - Experience shipping and maintaining production software services. - Proficiency with C#/.NET and TypeScript. - Ability to diagnose defects from incomplete reports without relying on a detailed specification. - Sound judgment when choosing database indexes, caching and other performance approaches. - A habit of writing tests and taking responsibility when defects reach production.

Nice to have - Revit, BIM or AEC experience; domain knowledge can also be learned on the job.
