Role overview This Project Manager role drives the delivery of multiple concurrent implementations across business and technology teams. The work spans the full project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through design, build, test, and go-live, with a strong emphasis on SaaS client onboarding and expansion projects. Success depends on disciplined planning, executive-level communication, and tight scope control.
Responsibilities - Translate client statements of work into clear project requirements, including data file specs and transmission protocols - Build and maintain a comprehensive project plan and run every stage of implementation - Lead weekly client status meetings and report on hours, milestones, and target go-live dates - Identify and resolve project issues to protect productivity, quality, and customer outcomes - Manage change requests and guard against unapproved scope creep - Coordinate with third-party providers and own revenue and profit accountability for assigned projects - Act as a consultative partner to clients, navigating conflicts with sound judgment
Requirements - 3 to 7 years of full life-cycle management on medium to large-scale technical or SaaS projects - Demonstrated success independently leading complex initiatives with external customers and internal stakeholders - Strong critical thinking and the ability to determine the right course of action independently - Track record of issue resolution, stakeholder influence, and difficult negotiations - Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at once - Strong written and verbal presentation skills for client-facing meetings
Nice to have - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Bachelor's degree with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent experience - Hands-on familiarity with modern project management software
