Job details
About this role
Role overview A growing fintech focused on financial automation for businesses is hiring a Staff Program Manager to act as the connective tissue for its Post Sales organization (Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Solutions). Reporting to the VP of Post Sales, this role turns ambiguous, cross-functional priorities into executed outcomes, bringing structure and accountability to high-impact initiatives spanning Sales, RevOps, BizTech, Product, Finance, and Risk/Fraud.
Responsibilities - Partner with the VP of Post Sales and Onboarding, CSM, and Customer Solutions directors to translate priorities into sequenced plans with clear owners, requirements, and next steps. - Aggregate reporting and updates for OKRs and performance metrics across the Post Sales function. - Drive high-priority, ambiguous initiatives to completion across multiple partner teams, removing blockers and maintaining momentum. - Gather and document requirements for reports, dashboards, and workflow changes; partner with RevOps and BizTech on build and delivery. - Maintain the single source of truth for Post Sales projects and status inside the existing RevOps system of record. - Operationalize a recurring Post Sales operating cadence across reps, managers, directors, and the VP, including documentation, reporting, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements - 4 to 7 years in program or project management, business operations, revenue operations, or a comparable cross-functional execution role. - Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous initiatives from problem statement through delivery and to bring structure to chaos. - Strong skills in gathering requirements and translating business problems into clear specifications for operations and technical partners. - Ability to influence peers, managers, and directors toward shared goals without direct reporting authority. - Fluency working within existing systems of record and standards, partnering with Ops rather than building parallel tools. - Comfort with core Post Sales and Customer Success metrics such as retention, net revenue, onboarding, and CSAT, and the ability to turn data into clear narratives.
Nice to have - Highly organized, low-ego, high-follow-through style and discretion with sensitive information.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first with physical offices available in San Jose, CA and Draper, UT. - US-based role; visa sponsorship is not available. - Estimated salary ranges vary by geographic zone, from approximately $115,100–$143,900 to $135,300–$169,200 USD depending on location. - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), FSA/HSA, paid holidays and time off, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, wellness initiatives, and recognition/referral programs.
