Growth Solution Architect

Role overview A mission-driven digital services company focused on civic healthcare is hiring a Growth Solution Architect to support federal government business development. The role centers on translating complex client needs into winning technical and business strategies and communicating them clearly to federal clients, partners, and internal delivery teams.

Responsibilities - Develop solution approaches for specific opportunities, articulating unique methodologies and past performance. - Lead cross-functional solutioning efforts with technical and customer domain experts to produce compliant, compelling responses. - Contribute to demos, written proposals, oral presentations, and other customer-facing artifacts. - Translate capture strategy and delivery capabilities into well-structured proposal content. - Engage with senior federal stakeholders to showcase capabilities, build relationships, and introduce new technology directions. - Apply modern software delivery concepts including Agile, product management, DevSecOps, and human-centered design.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in solution development or program leadership, with a track record supporting federal proposals. - Strong knowledge of Agile, human-centered design, and DevSecOps practices applied to complex system development. - Familiarity with architecture and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including frontend UX, backend APIs, and data-intensive systems. - Demonstrated ability to write and manage proposal sections such as technical approaches and management plans. - Skill in transforming complex insights into clear, persuasive content. - Experience analyzing client priorities to shape a winning technical solution.

Nice to have - Experience working with HHS Operating Divisions, especially CMS. - Knowledge of healthcare data interoperability (e.g., FHIR) and digital quality measurement (dQM). - Familiarity with healthcare technology challenges and innovation. - Experience applying AI tools to accelerate research, solutioning, and proposal development, including knowing when AI adds value versus simpler approaches.
