Early-career analyst responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive client and internal dashboards that translate complex raw data into clear visual insights. The role bridges analytics and storytelling, performing end-to-end data quality assurance while developing automated reports aligned to business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize interactive production-grade dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, and Looker - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPI metrics and reporting requirements - Partner with growth, sales, and account teams on pitch-ready mockups, proof-of-concept dashboards, and visual stories for new clients - Maintain dashboard data models, automated refresh schedules, and row-level security for executive and operational dashboards - Support QA to identify data anomalies and collaborate with Data Engineering to remediate source issues - Build and maintain a centralized data dictionary, KPI definition log, and technical documentation - Uphold standardized guidelines for dashboard design, naming conventions, and data validation rules
Requirements
- 0–2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles - Hands-on dashboard development experience in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Strong record of academic or professional achievement - Sharp attention to UI/UX details, including formatting, alignment, color consistency, and readability - Data analysis experience with Excel and SQL platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple clients and stakeholders - Familiarity with relational databases or cloud data warehouses
Benefits and work setup
