Product Manager IV

Role overview A senior product leadership role focused on a customer-facing software product that incorporates AI/ML capabilities within the healthcare staffing and workforce solutions space. The selected candidate will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working alongside engineering, design, and data science teams. This is a hands-on role that balances strategic thinking with detailed requirement decomposition and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities - Continuously refine and evolve the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap in response to market shifts. - Run structured discovery work with users, designers, and technical partners to shape solutions that deliver measurable business value. - Lead cross-functional squads from concept through launch, keeping delivery momentum and quality high. - Translate complex technical roadmaps into clearly scoped software requirements that ship iteratively. - Partner with engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders to align priorities during changing business conditions. - Support the production support function by analyzing escalated customer or platform issues.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10+ years working on external-facing software products in a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner capacity. - Demonstrated command of modern product discovery and delivery practices. - Track record collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and senior leaders. - Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

Nice to have - Familiarity with healthcare staffing, workforce planning, scheduling software, or related integrations. - Hands-on experience shipping products with AI/ML components.
