Sr Product Manager I - Spanish Speaking

Role overview A senior individual-contributor Product Manager role focused on Latin America and Puerto Rico, acting as the in-market voice of regional customers within a global Product organisation. The position covers end-to-end ownership of a digital evidence management and connected-device ecosystem for the public-safety sector, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and adoption. The role is remote-based in Puerto Rico and reports to senior international product leadership, with roughly 35% travel across the region and internationally.

Responsibilities - Drive customer and user discovery across LATAM and Puerto Rico through conversations, workflow observation, and structured voice-of-customer research - Champion user-centred product development and ensure decisions are grounded in operational realities and measurable outcomes - Shape regional product strategy and influence roadmaps for the SaaS, cloud, and connected-device portfolio - Translate customer and market insight into clear problem statements, product briefs, user stories, and prioritised backlogs for design and engineering teams - Lead end-to-end product delivery, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate based on user feedback - Support regional tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes with product expertise and proposal strategy - Partner with sales and customer success to drive adoption, launches, and long-term value realisation - Articulate how a connected, cloud-first ecosystem of devices and software improves outcomes for public-safety agencies

Requirements - Six or more years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or a technology-product environment - Demonstrable ownership of the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration - Experience building, launching, and scaling digital products, ideally including early-stage or 0-to-1 work - Proven track record working directly with customers and translating field insight into product outcomes - Strong partnership with engineering and product design in an agile development environment - Ability to define requirements, briefs, user stories, and prioritised backlogs for distributed teams - Experience engaging senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional, and international contexts - Business-fluent Spanish (required) and full professional fluency in English

Nice to have - Experience supporting enterprise sales, tenders, RFPs, or procurement processes - Familiarity with both software and connected hardware products, including SaaS, cloud, IoT, mobile, or device-management ecosystems
